Responsible for accounting (deadlines met, no audit reservations), cash flow and treasury management, budgeting, taxation, management reporting, external reporting, ESG, legal and compliance (including GDPR and NIS for critical infrastructure), HR / People & Culture, and KPI and data warehouse development.

### Governance and Executive Collaboration
- Worked closely with the Founder/CEO from 2006 to 2019, and the new CEO and CXO team through 2023.
- Quarterly board meetings with Founder/CEO, COO and private equity fund Accel-KKR (2014–2018).
